The company
A Shenzhen trading house with its own buying desk and warehouse
We buy at the factory gate across the Pearl River Delta (Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan and Zhongshan), check the goods at our own warehouse before loading and ship them consolidated. The importer deals with one company instead of fifteen suppliers.
Price and terms
What the price includes, and what it does not
Factory price and margin
The quotation shows on separate lines what the plant charges for the goods and what we charge for the service.
Priced for your order
Each model is quoted for the quantity on your list and for the voltage, frequency and plug of the destination market.
EXW, at the plant gate
It covers the goods packed at the factory. Collection, inland haulage and export clearance stay with your own operator in China.
FOB Yantian or Shekou
Adds the run to the port, consolidation at our warehouse, export clearance and loading on board. Your agent books the ocean freight.
CIF, destination port
The FOB value plus the ocean freight and the insurance CIF calls for, as far as the port you name. The policy is placed with an insurer, not with us.
Duties are not in the price
Import duties, taxes and clearance in your country fall to the importer under any Incoterm. Your broker files them with the documents we issue.
Own brand
OEM and ODM
A good part of the catalog can be produced under the importer's brand: product marking, manual in the language you need and printed carton. It requires volume per model and adds a few days to the production schedule. Each item states whether it applies.
What backs the purchase
Four things that do not depend on good faith
An importer buying from the other side of the world needs to know what happens when something goes wrong. This is what is written down before you wire the deposit.
-
Inspection before loading
Every carton goes through incoming inspection at the warehouse: model, quantity, packaging, accessories and sample power-on. A photo report is sent before the container is closed.
-
Balance against documents
The balance only falls due once the goods are loaded: it is paid against a copy of the bill of lading, with the container closed and the documents issued in your name. Larger orders can be arranged with a sight letter of credit.
-
Complete paperwork
Commercial invoice, packing list by carton, certificate of origin and bill of lading, prepared so that clearance at destination is not delayed by a mistyped field.
-
90-day after-sales
Shortages or faults are documented with photographs and the batch number. Depending on the case they are replaced in the next shipment or credited; the criteria are agreed in writing first.
From inquiry to destination port
The first three of six stages; the full process has its own page.
Inquiry and product list
Starts with what you want to buy, or with a proposal from us if you do not have a list yet.
Quotation and samples
Ends with a written price per model, per carton and per container, held for the stated period.
Confirmation and deposit
Closes with a signed proforma: models, Incoterm, shipping date and the 30% that opens production.
What importers ask before the first order
What is the minimum order?
We work per container: a mixed 20' or 40'HQ combining items from several families. There is no minimum per item, but there is one per shipment, because the logistics cost is spread across the whole load.
Do you publish prices?
No. Price depends on model, quantity, Incoterm and destination port, and raw materials move. A fixed price list would be a made-up number: we would rather quote your actual list and hold that quotation for the stated period.
Which Incoterms do you use?
FOB Yantian or Shekou if you already have a freight forwarder, and CIF to the destination port when you prefer us to arrange the freight. EXW is available for buyers with their own operator in China.
How long does an order take?
Between 25 and 45 days of production and consolidation depending on the families in the shipment, plus ocean transit. The date is confirmed in writing when the order is placed.
Can we use our own brand?
Yes on many models. Each product page says whether the model admits it. The condition is volume, because the carton and the manual are printed for that order alone.
What do you need from us to settle a claim?
Photographs of the unit and of the label with the batch number, the carton it travelled in and the line of the packing list. We match that against the inspection record of the batch and answer in writing.
Send us your list and we will reply with a quote
Write to us in English, Spanish or Chinese. If your list is not closed yet, tell us what trade you supply and we work the assortment out with you before putting prices on it.
