The company
Shenzhen Xingyun Import & Export Co., Limited is a foreign-trade company based in Shenzhen. We buy at the factory gate across the Pearl River Delta and export to wholesale importers and distributors.

What we actually do
We are our clients' buying office in China. We source the factory, negotiate price and terms, follow production, consolidate into a container and prepare the export documentation. The client deals with one company instead of fifteen suppliers.
What we do not do
We do not manufacture, which is why we can pick the plant that performs best in each family instead of defending a line of our own. Nor do we sell to end consumers in our clients' markets.
How we judge a job well done
A shipment went well when the container arrives complete, the goods match the packing list and the importer can sell without claims. Price, lead time and support exist to make that happen.

One version of the price
A quoted price includes what it says it includes. Costs outside our control are listed separately and by name.

Nothing ships unseen
The load passes through our warehouse, gets photographed there and the report reaches you while the container is still open.

Documents that match the load
What the invoice and the packing list say is what the inspection found: model, quantity and cartons, checked before the papers are issued.
Quality control
What is checked before the container is sealed
No carton boards the container without passing incoming inspection at the warehouse. What gets checked depends on the family: a display cooler is not inspected like a bicycle.
