Inquiry and product list

You send the items you are interested in, approximate quantities and the destination port. If you have no list, we propose a container assortment based on your trade and shelf space.

Quotation and samples

We reply with unit price, volume and weight per carton, how many units fit in the container and the production lead time. Where the order justifies it, we ship samples before confirmation.

Confirmation and deposit

The proforma invoice is signed with models, quantities, Incoterm and shipping date. The usual deposit is 30% by bank transfer, with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading.

Production and inspection

We follow production at each plant and receive the goods at our warehouse, where every batch is opened, matched against the order and photographed before it goes into the container.

Consolidation and shipping

The container is built balancing volume and weight, the packing list is issued per carton and the paperwork is prepared: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading.

Arrival and after-sales

We support customs clearance with whatever documents your broker requires and follow up on shortages or faults during the first ninety days after unloading.

Who we sell to

We sell to importers, distributors and retail chains buying by the container. We do not ship single units by courier, we do not sell at retail and we do not publish list prices: we are the importer's supplier in their own market.

Send us your list and we will reply with a quote

Write to us in English, Spanish or Chinese. If your list is not closed yet, tell us what trade you supply and we work the assortment out with you before putting prices on it.
